Executive assistance
This sector organizes charities to covered people and undertakes
operations of helping in cash and in kind donation.
a) public relations ( answering ) : All applicants and covered
families are connected to charity institute by this unit and all
their needs and requests are registered in this unit and referred to
considered sectors.
b) Archive(s) or file(s) : in this unit all documents and
qualifications of applicants are registered.
c) Researches : with respect to standards and regulations of this
sector. Applications of applicants are examined based on priority and
researches research about supported people based on saving face and
social status.
d) Attraction :
this unit issues card and fabricates files for applicants who are
covered under this institute based on regulations.
Services of this sector are
:
a) Introducing covered people to special doctors who cooperate with
this charity.
b) Taking action for medical facilities including insurance contract
of medical services for special patients and paying allowance totally
or paying part of it.
c) Examining and curing covered families by specialized and general
physicians of this unit circulatory.
d) teaching first aids and health of household to covered people and
benevolent.

About 45 special and general physicians in different courses link
dentistry , cardiology , ophthalmology , orthopethy-surgery ,
gynecology , pharmacy , internist cooperate with this charity.
This unit is responsible for supporting covered families. Families who
are eligible based on regulations , are introduced to this unit.
These aids are in two ways :
a) In cash aids (monthly) : these aids is for earning a
livelihood of unsupervised families , ill supervised families ,
orphans , sayyids and poor and it is deposited to their accounts.
b) un continued in cash aids : grants , allowances of marriage
allowances for curing , allowances for housing and … are paid un
continually.
:
a) clothing : clothing is denoted to needy families twice each
year once because of Norooz and once because of beginning of school
year.
b) Food supply and nuts : including rice , grains , oil , tea ,
sugar , soya , meat and spaghetti are supplied to families four time
in year seasonally.
c) Furniture : these supplies are : containers , equipments and
… applications of applicants are investigated and after verification ,
applied supplies are sent to them.
d) Dowry : Dowry includes : carpet , oven , chinaware ,
melamine , teflon , samovar , cutlery , plastics , bedding , prayer
rug and some donations link : crystals , curtain , new cloths ,
cosmetics and gifts are denoted.
Assistance of benevolent :
This unit is a connector between covered families and benevolent and
tries to give information about their needs to benevolent and
attract their aids. Other responsibility of this unit is answering
to benevolent's questions , Inviting then in various reasons ,
attraction of benevolent , fabrication files for them and preparing
brochure for making benevolent familiar with charity's activities.
Deputy of public relations :
Educational activities : Holding educational classes like :
artistic , cultural , sport , scientific and Quran is an other
activities of this institute.
Library : library and a place for tapes and a studding salon
have been established in this institute of students and is open
everyday from 9 to 16.
This institute holds gatherings in various reasons like mourning
days and festivals and tries to promote spiritualities.
Deputy of center offices :
Charity institute of Askar-al-Mahdi has established center offices
in Shahryar , Karaj , Robat Karim and Yazd to facilitate helping
needy families and orphans and to make close relation with them by
God providence and supports of benevolent.
In Shahryar center office , about 350 families , in Karaj about 170
families and in Robat Karim about 380 families and in Yazd about 60
families are covered and supported by this institute.
It is obvious that endeavor of these center offices is parallel to
goals of this charity institute and removing of problems and needs of
poor families in these regions.
Unit of preparations and support :
This unit is responsible for transporting denoted items ( food
supply , clothing , … ) to poor families who are covered by this
institute. Also denoted items of benevolent are collected from their
house and transported to charity by coordination of this unit.
All food supply , clothing , which are denoted to families are
weighed packed and are made ready to transport to the house of
covered families in this unit.
Also separating second hand clothes and supplies which are denoted to
charity is done in this unit.
