IN THE NAME OF GOD
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE
SHIITE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD ON THE OCCASION OF SACRED BIRTH OF
IMAM MOHAMMAD BAGHER (peace be upon him)
Light compresses the illumination which is
scattered and helps seeing. Light is of two types, for this life and for the
afterlife. The light of this world has also two types. One which is conceptual
and might be observed by foresight like the light of wisdom and the other which
might be seen by apparent eyes, like that of moon, sun, and the stars.
“Light of the Earth and the Skies”
because Almighty God lights the other objects and make them appear and every
creature might be manifested under his manifestation, so light applies on His
name, because only he is the true light.”
Further, Imam Mohammad Bagher (p.b.u.h.) has
stated: “God began his inner light.” Then Imam prescribed: “like the conduct of
the heart of a faithful man by Almighty God.”
In fact, Imam Mohammad Bagher (p.b.u.h.)
mentioned that guidance means the special conduct. Anyway, if he meant general
guidance or special guidance, it is a definite truth; of course it depends on
the fact that who will profit from the suitable ground for receiving divine
lights and if some one does not receive light of God, might not receive the
light from any other source.” These verses guarantee comparison of the faithful
men who believe in truth and the blasphemers. The faithful men are distinguished
from the pagans in the aspect that they are guided to knowledge of God by the
light due to their pious acts and the light takes them to the best awards and
to divine erudition. On the day when the curtain is set aside from their eyes
and their hearts, and the pagans are not guided to a way but to a mirage which
contains no truth and they live in a darkness where some stay above the others
where the pagans are drowned. God has not considered for them any light, so they
lack any light. Almighty God is a light and they emerge due to that light in the
skies and on the earth. Of course there is a difference, the fact that emergence
of the objects due to divine light is the existence itself, but the natural and
material emergence due to lights is something other than the original existence.
God has a special light by which the faithful men
receive light and are guided due to their pious acts, which consists of
light of knowledge,
by which the hearts and eyes demand light in the day all the hearts and eyes are
altered and for the sake of which they are guided to prosperity. In that day,
they observe by their senses what had been hidden from them in the world.
So, whatever light and spiritual brightness is,
is due to graces and erudition of God
and the creature shall not enjoy it and shall not receive it, except when it
opens his heart and reflects intention and eagerness.
Many of the men whish to know how their hearts
are bright by the light of God, in this field, the prophet expressed by some
marks, through narrations receiving light:
“If a creature feels light of truth at his heart,
his heat shall be widened.”
He was asked: “Oh! Prophet of God! What is the
mark of such a state?”
He prescribed: “One who takes away from the world
and its love and considers afterlife and takes privacy and thinks about death,
before it comes.”
Abi Khaled Kaboli asked Imam Bagher (p.b.u.h.) to
illustrate words of God: One who believes in God and his Prophet and the Light
which comes, and prophet prescribed: By light,
he means the relatives of prophet till
pandemonium.” He took oath to God that the relatives of prophet are the
light of God in the heavens and on the earth. He took oath to God that the light
of Imam at the hearts of the faithful men are more bright than the light of sun
and it shines the hearts of the faithful men. He took oath to God that whomever
has no clean heart will not love us and will not obey us and whomever heart is
not clean, will not accept our Imamate and heart of no one will be clean, except
if he is surrounded to our Imamate. Whoever surrenders will be healthy of
inspections and shall keep secure in the day of pandemonium.
God! Help me and award to me the maximum
attainment towards yourself, make our eyes and hearts bright by the light of
your existence and your path, so that we reach a place where the eyes of our
hearts might split the veils and might reach the mine of your greatness and our
souls might belong to the system of your sacredness.
