After shooting of Aqaba's shein-winder and before guilt's creation , the pilgrims to Mecca must sacrifice sheep , cow or camel.

Every year , the memory of Ebrahim's unification and his love to God renew by the pilgrims.

Esmail wasn't for Ebrahim just a son for father. He was the end of waiting after a life-time. He was an honored good news. The only young son of an old father , who waited for his coming for one hundred years and come while his father didn't expect him. Now Ebrahim gets a he gets a knife and he is taking Esmail to sacrificing place. The devil prevents him from sacrificing Esmail in three points but each time his belief forbids him. As soon as they gave up and father smashes son's forehead on the ground , we said to Ebrahim : indeed , you covered the dream . so , we reward to beneficent in this way.

Now you are mena and you are Ebrahim and have brought Esmail to sacrificing place. Who is your Esmail in fact? You should scarify what weakens you in belief , what calls you back when you're passing the way , what cause you to be in doubt in your responsibility , what has affected on you and what has surrounded you ; actually , what it's affection doesn't let you hear the message to confess the fact , what encourage you to run away , what makes you to expedient explanation and paraphrases.

Imam sajad ( PBUH ) asks a man : who had come back from pilgrimage about attention to purposes and secrets of pilgrimage to Mecca : " while you were sacrificing did you have in mind to cut off greed's throat by obligation to real virtue . did you pay attention that you obey of tradition of Ebrahim who took his dear son to sacrificing place for approaching to God and God's satisfaction."

Imam Sadegh said : " by sacrificing , ruin temptation  of whims and greed."

It's resulted from these states or similar things that sacrificing is a mystery of refining soul and purifying heart from moral wicked acts . that believers and wayfarers in superiority and virtue succeed to overcome their extreme desire , after a long time fighting with devil's temptation and ego's seditious desire. They over come it and put it on the ground, like a sheep and cut off his neck. Also , sacrifice is the secret of devoting and killing just for God . it's submissive consciens before God . yes , the feast of sacrifices is the day of wisdom and inspiration victory over desires.
