IN THE NAME OF GOD

BIRTHDAY OF IMAM ALI PEACE BE UPON HIM

It was Friday 13th day of Rajab, the year: 30 Amolfil, when Fatemeh daughter of Asad son of Hashem son of Manaf suffering from pain of child birth stood against house of God and looked at sky and said: “ My God! I am faithful to you, to your prophets, and to the books having been sent by you and to the sayings of my grand father, Abram, who constructed the holy shrine of Mecca. For the sake of this shrine and its establisher, for the sake of the child I have in my womb who is speaking with me, who makes me peaceful by his speeches, who is my companion, who is a verse of your splendor and enormity, whom I give birth to easily.” Suddenly the wall of holy shrine of Mecca was broken and Fatemeh entered the house and then the wall was joined by the power of Almighty God.

This accident is what all the different sects of Islam agree with, for the same reason, Mohades Hafez Hakem  Neyshabouri states: It is agreed by all that Fatemeh daughter of Asad, gave birth to Emir of the Faithful Ali (p.b.u.h.) inside the holy shrine of Mecca.”

Four days later, Fatemeh (p.b.u.h.) exited the same way she had entered while she had a child and was proud of him, saying: “When I wanted to exit the house and angel said: Fatemeh! Name your child, ALI, indeed I have selected his name ALI AALA out of mine and raised him according to my manners and him aware of my concealed difficult sciences. He will destroy all the idols in my house, he will state the first call to prayers above the house of God, he will recall me considering my enormity and vigorous. Happy is a person who will love him and will obey him, damned is a person who dislikes him and opposes him.”

CHILDHOOD:

To compensate efforts of his honorable uncle, Hazrat Aboutaleb (p.b.u.h.), the sacred prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his progeny) took Hazrat Ali in his house. Emir of the faithful talks about his childhood this way: “prophet of God raised me himself when I was a child, he was keeping me near his bosom, he was hugging me and let me smell him. He was chewing food, so that I would eat it easily,…He was showing to me every day something of his nice conducts and was ordering me to follow it,… Prophet of God (p.b.u.h.) was going to Hera Mount every year and no one would see him. when Islam had not entered any home and only the prophet and his wife were Muslims, I was the third person who converted to Islam. I was seeing the light of prophecy, the light of inspiration, I was smelling prophecy, when he was inspired, I was hearing Satan. I told to him: Prophet of God! what is this voice? He sated: [This is Satan, mourning. Because since we are inspired, no one obeys him, so he is mourning. Then Prophet stated: You hear what I do, you see what I do, except that you are not a prophet, but you are a minister, stand up. You are pious.] Before anyone began to worship out of the nation, I began worshiping God when I was 7 years old. “

YOUTH:

After prophet of Islam immigrated to Medina, faith and blasphemy found clear fronts, for the same reason, during the next 10 years after his immigration, the strangers and the blasphemous were attacking Muslims and they had to defend. Most of the fought were happening when Muslims had to defend and almost in all of them, there was a young brave man who was standing against the enemy like a lion, fighting like a thunder, destroying the enemy, and this unique man was ALI, so that in the war of OHOD, Gabriel called” there is no sword like Zolfaghar (sword of Ali) and there is no cavalier, but ALI”

In interpretation of the verse: “Please guide us to the right path it has been narrated from Mafzal son of Omar that” Imam Sadegh (p.b.u.h.) was asked about the path and he prescribed: the right path is the way of knowledge of God comprising two paths: a path in the world, another in the world of eternity. The path in this world is Imam whose following is compulsory, one who follows Imam shall pass the bridge above the hell, and one who does not Imam in this world, shall not pass the bridge and shall fall into the hell.  (Verse: Alvalayat, page: 15)
