IN THE NAME OF GOD
CONGRATULATIONS
FOR THE SACRED BIRTHDAY OF HAZRAT ZAHRA (PEACE BE UPON HER)
The necessity of a living
Imam for the enchantment of the hearts
And we elected them
as the leaders of the people so that they lead the people upon our
command and inspired to them every pious work such as praying, paying
the tither and they worshipped us.
(Sura: Anbia, Verse: 73)
The principle of Cause and
Effect:
The whole creatures who are
observed in this world, each have an origin and a cause, and in their
creation, they rely on the same origins and causes in which they might
impose some change or alteration, relying on some cause.
This is a general principle in emergence and changes observed in the
creatures of the world.
Morals, beliefs, spirits of
the people are all included in the same general principle and this has
been proved through experiences that
being in contact with the pure and pious people shall affect on man
and being in contact with the evil shall also be effective. A person
having a pure and nice nature might lose gradually his pureness and
his good nature due to being in contact with a bad comrade. His heart
might be darkened and his soul might be dirty and vise versa, an evil
acting person might change his way under his contacts and speaking
with a pious man and all his actions might be gradually changed to
piety and divinity.
Thus, it has been mentioned
in the Islamic instructions that man would rather speak with the
pure-hearted people and shall avoid sympathizing the evil. Even one
meeting will be effective, whether it is in silence or in
negotiations,
because the effects of the souls on each other do not require any
negotiation and consequently,
two souls which are sympathizing each other and are in love, shall
affect on each other.
For the human morals and
characteristics to be similar to those of a complete pure man, one
shall let his heart and spirit be familiar with the origin and the
cause of morals and good characteristics, so that due to the contact,
the same good acts might affect on man. One shall connect his heart to
the source of science and knowledge and living, so that he might enjoy
the same source to the extent of his aptitudes and capacities. To
attain the same goal, two affairs shall be necessary. One is the
existence of that principle and the cause, it means, the origin of
science and the living, and the other is submission and humility, so
that the cause might be effective and might work, because being
submissive serves as the conditions for the perception of science and
knowledge and is considered as a preliminary condition, preparing the
man.
The Heart of Imam is the
Center of Emanation of Sciences:
The origin of emanation of
sciences is the
heart of Imam who
emanates to each creature to the extent of his aptitudes. And
we elected them as Imams and leaded them upon our commands.
Sura: Anbia, Verse: 73.
Guidance upon Command of God is the same as leading the people through
the divinity and their souls ;
thus, Imam shall be always present in the living world. If we use the
verse 71 of Sura: Asra mentioning that Imam shall be present at any
time and shall call all the people individually
[The
day shall come, when
all the people shall be called by their Imams
.
Those who will receive the report of their acts by their right hands,
will read the books and the letters of their actions and will know
that they shall not be oppressed even to the extent of the delicate
line on the crack of the palm nucleus and those who have blinded the
eyes of their heart shall be blind in the pandemonium and shall lose
their right way. (Sura:
Asra, verses: 71 and 72) this verse indicates that all the people
shall be guided by the Imams in any place and at any time; because it
has been implied that the
whole people will enter the pandemonium by their Imams.
So, in any place and at any time, there shall be an Imam who shall
lead his nations and through whom the good shall enter the paradise
and the evil shall enter the hell.]
This is an important and
correct principle on which all the Imams and religions of the world
rely and on which
Islam relies and
believes that Imam shall be elected by God to rule the society and
believes that Imam shall hold a pure heart and shall be aware of the
whole heaven and shall be innocent, making no sin or mistake and
Shiite who are aware of such subjects based on the Islamic
instructions shall select their methods upon the reality and the truth
of the Islamic instructions and the Sunni who do not observe the same
rules, will have no access to the source of the life and the science
and shall be deprived of Islam in its
realmeaning.
According to the same principle, after the holy prophet, the people
shall need a living Imam, who is the sacred being of
Imam Ali(p.b.u.h.)
and this is because a living and awakened heart shall rule the world,
so that the human beings shall enjoy the sciences. In case the action
is sufficient, everybody would murmur: the book of God shall suffice
us, and would stay in the dark hovel up to the end of his life and
would not take a further step up to the end of his life.
Shiite considers the basis
of the Islamic Instructions on Imamate
Shiite states: The basis for
Islamic Instructions is the
Imamate. At the time
of life of prophet (p.b.u.h.) Imam was living himself and by that
awakened heart which was the source of sciences- Then,
God inspired his creature whatever no one might not comprehend
(sura: Najm, verse: 10)- the hearts of the people would receive the
instructions. After Imam, every heart is saturated to the extent of
its capacity by the kindness of Imams, who are the centers of
knowledge- one after the other.
But, the other subject is
submission, humility, and following Imam which makes the heart ready
for receiving the knowledge and instructions and sciences and the same
specification is available in Shiite. So, it is observed that the
characteristics of:
kindness, faith, purity, sacrifice, generosity,
etc. are much more than the others, because the soul of Shiite is the
soul of submission and humility against the teacher of humanity and it
is the origin of instruction and education; whether Imam is present or
not. Thus, Shiite, even in the term of absence of Imam-due to complete
attention to the source of charity and science- enjoys the same center
of science and knowledge. Though, doubtlessly, presence of Imam is
more effective and has more benefits and in the opposite side, and the
people except the Shiite, whose heart is not related to this mine,
their souls are clumsy and can not find a way out.
