Imam Mousa ibn Jafar (p.b.u.h.)
prescribed: "I have repeatedly heard it from my father, Imam Sadegh (p.b.u.h.)
when he was stating: Indeed! The learned man in the family of prophet Mohammad
(p.b.u.h.) is among your descendants. I wish I would stay alive to meet him and
he bears the name of Amir Almomenin: Ali."
The heart of a man who is
filled with God's love has sorts of eyes, ears, tastes, by which he will see
everything and will hear everything and tastes everything concealed under the
senses. On the other hand, the heart of a forgetful man has also some senses
and imaginations, employed by Satan, possessed by him and the forgetful man
understands everything and moves towards them through the same means.
Imam Reza (p.b.u.h.) states: "the
hearts bear prosperity, affliction, joy, feebleness. When a heart is filled
with joy and interest, it is able to see, to comprehend. When the heart lacks
interest and is joyless, he is tired and bored, so, you should let it go when
it is joyless and bored.

Moreover, the heart will
be aware of the invisible world and what is hidden inside the men; just as Imam
Reza (p.b.u.h.) replied to the request of Hassan ibn Jahm: "Do you know that I
will forget you?" Hassan ibn Jahm said: "I thought by myself and replied: you
pray for Shiite, and I am Shiite, so you do not forge me" Imam staed: "how do
you know?" I said: "I am among your Shiite followers and you pray for your
followers." Imam said: "do you know something more?" I said:"No". Imam said: "
if
you want to be aware of your own state for me, you should take a look at my
state and place with you."2
The way the heart reaches
the truth and the path for entrance of truth to one's heart, are the same as
worship and asking forgiveness. Just as statement of Imam Reza (p.b.u.h.) to
Ibn Asbat shows: "come to
the mosque at a time other than the time of praying and pray and request God to
bestow to you benefits one hundred times, then look what will occur inside your
heart, and act accordingly.

The appearance of this
narration is that a pure heart is aware of the hidden invisible world which is
the same as benefits which occur in the heart of man at the time of praying and
the way to be informed of which is to pray and to ask God for goodness, because
goodness is only with God. Just as it is narrated from Hazrat Sajjad (p.b.u.h.)
in the prayers of Abou Hamzeh Samali.
Since, Almighty God
promotes those who are faithful and increases to high ranks of the faithful
people, so, whoever keeps pure his heart of all the pollutions, as Imam Ali (p.b.u.h.)
has ordered,

and whoever adds to his piety, will observe the invisible world and will look
at it by a foresight which is secure of any error, so that it is pure of all
trick and who has not obtained this limit, his foresight shall be accompanied
by sensual imaginations, and he will have actions merged with satanic
imaginations.
